THE PHILOSOPHY

The basic principles followed by the DLIs which are signatories of the Code are:

• Consumer Protection;
• Acting in good faith towards both Consumers, employees as well as business partners;
• Acting in accordance with business ethics
• Providing services in an innovative manner
• Granting digital loans to Consumers in a safe, transparent and convenient way;
• Providing Consumers with complete, honest, understandable, and unambiguous information
• Conducting, when necessary, educational activity in the area of personal finances;
• Addressing and combating attitudes suggesting that short-term credit commitments can be an effective way to deal with long-term financial problems.
